Miguel Rapallo Toquero is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at Garrigues' Valladolid office, which he joined in April 2017.

Experience in all types of civil litigation. Extensive experience before civil, commercial and arbitration courts in matters such as civil and commercial contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, compensation arising from unlawful competition, challenging corporate agreements, unfair competition and directors' liability. He provides recurring advice in criminal proceedings (police statements, trials and other legal proceedings) and in administrative proceedings.

Experienced in Personal Data Protection following specific training in this area.

Miguel Rapallo Toquero is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice in the Valladolid office, which he joined in April 2017.

In his professional activity he participates assiduously in highly complex matters, including:

- In the civil jurisdictional order in civil and commercial litigation such as civil and commercial contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, compensation arising from unlawful competition, challenging corporate agreements, unfair competition, directors' liability and disputes arising from the Agency Contract Act.
- In the criminal jurisdictional order in proceedings related to economic crimes, both in the police and before the courts.
- Recurrent advice on Personal Data Protection in programs for the implementation of the rules applicable to the matter (General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights).
- In commercial matters, he regularly collaborates in the preparation of Due Diligences and Vendor's Due Diligences and in the review of contractual documents.
