Miguel Menor is a lawyer specializing in corporate/commercial and financial law, with a particular focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and international), commercial contracts, structural modifications to companies, structured finance, project finance, restructuring (including pre-insolvency advice) and insolvency matters, as well as offering comprehensive advice in the areas of corporate governance and corporate law.

Among other fields, he has extensive experience in the energy sector, advising power generation companies (mainly wind and PV) and biomethane producers, as well as electricity and gas suppliers.
