Martha is a specialist in tax consulting with more than 15 years of experience. In the course of her practice, she has provided legal advice to clients from various industries (banking, shipping, construction, transportation logistics and software development, among others) within the public and private sector in relation to national and international matters. as well as advice to individuals in relation to investment and wealth advice.

Part of her practice has been dedicated to providing legal advice and representation before the tax authorities of various non-profit institutions, assisting them in joint collaborations with foreign institutions or donors.

She also has experience advising multinational companies in the logistics, transportation and courier sectors, on the strategic restructuring of their cross-border services in Mexico.
