Marta Blanco Gayo is a Senior Associate in Garrigues' Tax Law practice

She has extensive experience providing recurring tax advice on both direct and indirect taxation of the leading companies in the region both multinationals and familiy business from different sectors of activity (agri-food, pharmaceutical, health, tourism and hotels, among others). She has participated in multiple corporate restructuring transactions and providing tax advice in the field of "family business" benefits. He also has extensive expertise in advising on tax inspections.

She is expert in indirect taxation belonging to the VAT Group of the Firm.

She is actively involved in various seminars and conferences on taxation in the field of her specialization.

Marta Blanco Gayo is a Senior Associate in Garrigues' Tax Law practice in the Valladolid office, which she joined in 1999.

She has extensive experience providing recurring tax advice in the field of direct and indirect taxation of companies and business groups with foreign and regional capital belonging to various sectors of activity (agri-food, pharmaceutical, health, tourism and hotels, among others).

Her advice covers both direct and indirect taxation, including the representation of taxpayers in tax proceedings and tax advice in the field of application of "family business" benefits.

In the field of indirect taxation, he has extensive experience in advising Groups for the application of the Special Regime for Group of Entities, as well as advising on international trade and real estate transactions.

Likewise, in the field of M&amp;A, she has participated in corporate restructuring processes, company purchase / sale transactiones and due diligence processes.

She is a regular speaker at different talks and conferences organized by the Firm together with different regional institutions.

She has been a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Tax and Legal Counseling for Businesses organized by the Law Faculty of the University of Valladolid and the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce; the School of Legal Practice of the University of Valladolid and the Chair in Family Business of the University of Valladolid.
