María has more than 15 years of professional experience and develops her work in the firm, specifically in civil litigation, restructuring and insolvency practice in the Murcia office.

She is specialized in pre-litigious legal advice and in the legal direction of arbitration and judicial proceedings of different nature (contractual and corporate disputes, banking law, medical liability, civil liability, etc. and, in turn, is integrated into the team of restructuring and insolvencies, a practice from which he advises on pre-bankruptcy instruments, bankruptcy proceedings, etc.

She has a degree in Law and International Relations from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

María speaks English and Spanish.

María is a principal associate in the litigation, restructuring and insolvency department of the firm.

Throughout his professional career he has participated in matters of great legal complexity:

- He has assumed the legal direction in different legal proceedings in relation to corporate conflicts (administrators' liability, challenge of social agreements, partners' agreements, judicial dissolution of companies, etc.) in family businesses in the agricultural, food, chemical, etc. sectors, as well as different arbitrations regarding non-compliance with partner agreements, post-contractual non-competition, etc.
- Likewise, he has experience in bankruptcy administrations and assumes the legal direction of bankruptcy proceedings of companies from different sectors such as construction, real estate development, service sector or food industry.
