She is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Devoted to criminal litigation since 1999, she acts in all kinds of judicial proceedings relating to criminal law, in particular white-collar crime. She has acquired extensive experience in the field of criminal offenses against workers’ rights, corporate offenses, and offenses against the public treasury and the social security authorities. She is officially recognized as a specialist in juvenile criminal law.
She is a lecturer in the Master’s Degree on Access to the Legal Profession offered by Universidad Católica de Valencia.
She is a member of the Valencia Bar Association, registered in the Criminal Law section.

She is a co-author of “Occupational Accidents: Guide for employers” (*), Confederation of Business Organizations of the Valencia Autonomous Community (2011).
She is the author of multiple articles on the law on white-collar crime.
