María Cecilia Morandé Stuven has been a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts and Real Estate practices since 2015.
She has extensive expertise in corporate law, contracts (both civil and commercial) and real estate, having participated in numerous M&A deals and acquisitions of real estate and real estate companies. She has also advised on multiple group restructuring transactions, particularly of family groups.
Before joining Garrigues, she worked as legal counsel at Empresas Coipsa S.A. and as a lawyer at law firm Alcaíno, Rodríguez y Sahli, where she advised a wide range of Chilean companies in the real estate, tourism and hotels, shipping, agribusiness and export industries, among others, on diverse corporate and real estate matters, as well as on civil and commercial matters in general.
