Manuel Cambón Angeriz is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area.

He specializes in the technical management of all kind of civil and commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on commercial and contractual disputes, as well as on insolvency proceedings.

In the business law area, he provides recurring advisory services to companies in the construction, real estate development, and services industries.

He has been a Senior Associate in the Litigation and arbitration department in the office in A Coruña since 2022, having joined the firm in 2019.

In his career, he is involved in highly complex matters, including civil and commercial litigation in civil and commercial matters such as civil and commercial contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, challenging corporate agreements, directors' liability and disputes arising from the Agency Contract Act.

He has advised on some of the most important insolvency proceedings in Galicia. He has extensive experience in assisting debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings. With a notable intervention in the approval of the first Restructuring Plan carried out under Law 16/2022, reforming the revised text of the Insolvency Law.
