Maitane Ansa Arizcuren is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since 2009. She specializes in defending and acting as legal counsel for clients in civil, corporate and white-collar crime litigation. She has extensive experience in banking-related matters. She holds a Degree in Law and Business Administration, as well as an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law. Maitane Ansa contributes to the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública Navarra and to the Aranzadi Insolvency Forum. She is currently a member of the Pamplona Bar Association.

Maitane Ansa Arizcuren has been a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Garrigues since 2020, having joined the firm in 2009.

In her professional practice, she acts as legal counsel for clients in civil and commercial lawsuits: obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate law, construction, distribution, inheritances, etc.

She has also acted in highly diverse proceedings involving white-collar crime.

She has extensive experience in the banking sector, both in cases concerning the validity and interpretation of banking contracts, and in enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

She also regularly acts in proceedings before the courts of law and arbitration courts.

Maitane Ansa is a lecturer in the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra and also participates as a speaker in the Aranzadi Insolvency Forum.

She is currently a member of the Pamplona Bar Association.
