Magdalena Casenave is a senior associate in Garrigues' tax practice in the Santiago de Chile office.

Her practice focuses mainly on providing tax advice to local and international clients, as well as on the implementation of corporate and equity restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.

She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Tax Law at the same university.

Magdalena Casenave is a senior associate in the tax practice of the Santiago, Chile office.

She has focused her practice in the areas of tax and commercial law, particularly in reorganizations and restructurings of companies and individuals in Chile and abroad, and international tax advice and consultancy. Magdalena also has experience in representing taxpayers in administrative proceedings (before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service).

Prior to joining Garrigues, she worked at Recabarren y Asociados (2017-2021).
