Lola Priego Luque is a senior associate in the Commercial Law Department in the Madrid office. Her professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), although she also advises on corporate matters, commercial contracts and corporate restructurings.

She is a graduate of the bilingual double degree in Law and Economics from the University of Navarra.

Lola Priego Luque joined the Corporate Law Department of the Madrid office in 2017. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A).

Within the M&amp;A area, she advises national and international private equity funds and industrial operators on investment, divestment and joint venture transactions in Spanish and foreign companies in various sectors and industries.

She also provides recurring advice to Spanish companies and international groups with a presence in Spain on corporate and commercial contracting matters, as well as on corporate restructurings, and acts as deputy secretary of several Spanish companies.

Throughout her professional career she has participated in numerous corporate transactions in a wide range of economic sectors (including software, electronics, tourism, food, and textile, among others), advising, from a commercial point of view, on each of the milestones and relevant contractual aspects of these types of operations.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
