Leticia Valle is a principal associate of the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues in Zaragoza, where she has spent her professional career since completing a dual degree in Law and Business Administration at Universidad de Zaragoza in 2014.

She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to businesses on all areas of labor law, social security matters and occupational risk prevention, as well as foreign workers and international assignment of workers. She also provides recurring advice on labor law matters deriving from commercial transactions, collective bargaining and collective procedures (temporary layoffs, collective dismissals, material modifications to working conditions, etc.).

Since 2015 she has taken part and represented clients in lawsuits in the labor, judicial review and criminal jurisdictions (in proceedings deriving from occupational accidents or crimes against the health and safety of workers), as well as before the Labor and Social Security Inspection Authorities.

Leticia Valle, a principal associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Garrigues since 2026, and who joined the firm in 2014, has participated in highly complex lawsuits, including:

- Lawsuits relating to dismissals, reconciliation of work and family life, false self-employed workers, unlawful loaning of workers, and occupational accidents.
- Collective disputes of all kinds.
- Lawsuits relating to the protection of fundamental rights and public freedoms (such as freedom of association, right to strike or cases of harassment).
- Criminal or civil liability proceedings deriving from occupational accidents.

She also provides strategic advice on complex aspects of employment law and human resources to domestic and international companies in a wide range of economic sectors (including termination of employment contracts, temporary contracts, senior management, social security classification, single integrated enterprises, hiring, international assignment of workers, labor audits, collective bargaining, equality plans, occupational risk prevention, and internal policies and protocols). Leticia has participated in processes for workforce restructuring and outsourcing of services, as well as labor-related due diligence reviews.
