He has experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate and transactional law, participating in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of different kinds of corporate and commercial transactions. He has participated in acquisitions of companies and assets, assisting in the analysis of legal risks, the drafting of due diligence reports and the legal structuring of transactions. He also provides recurring advice on financing transactions, including the review, negotiation and drafting of loan agreements, security and other related documentation.
