Karime Rodríguez Trujillo is a senior associate in the commercial contracts and corporate law practice. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring transactions, sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets. She also advises on a recurring basis on contractual, corporate and real estate matters.

Karime Rodríguez Trujillo has been a senior associate in the corporate law department of Garrigues since 2023, having joined the firm in 2016.

In her professional career, she has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring transactions and the sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets.

She also advises on a recurring basis on contractual, corporate and real estate matters. She also has experience as a non-director deputy secretary of the board of directors of groups of companies.

Karime Rodríguez is fluent in Spanish and English.
