Julia Lucía Pariente is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
She has broad experience in all kinds of lawsuits in the civil jurisdiction, in civil matters (contracts and obligations, contractual and noncontractual liability, leases, etc.) as well as corporate and commercial matters (challenge of corporate resolutions, corporate disputes, unfair competition, directors’ liability, insolvency proceedings, etc.). She also has experience in the criminal and judicial review jurisdictions.
In addition, she provides recurring advice on nonjudicial dispute resolution.
She has lectured on the Master’s Degree in Business Law Counseling offered by the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce Business School (2016-2017), teaching the module on lease of business premises.
Julia is a member of the León Bar Association.
