Juan Eduardo Vidal Kunstmann is a principal associate in the Corporate Department of Garrigues, where he performs his professional activity in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions practices at the Santiago of Chile office. He has broad experience advising domestic and international clients from a range of industries on corporate and commercial law matters, M&amp;A deals and corporate restructuring processes. Degree in Law by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master of Laws (General LLM) by King’s College London. Juan Eduardo is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Juan Eduardo Vidal Kunstmann is a principal associate in the Corporate Department of Garrigues since 2021, having joined the firm in 2014. He has broad experience advising domestic and international clients from a range of industries on corporate and commercial law matters. In this regard, he has provided ongoing advice on contractual matters and has participated on a recurring basis in M&amp;A transactions and corporate restructurings processes in several industries, such as real estate, energy, cemeteries, nursing homes, among others. From September 2022 to March 2023, he was on secondment at the Madrid office of Garrigues.

He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a basic knowledge of German.

Juan Eduardo was an assistant for the Diploma in New Trends in Contracts and Damages (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) between 2012 and 2014.

Also, during 2013, Juan Eduardo was a research assistant for the Iberoamerican Grant \\"Ayuda a la Investigación" of the Mapfre Foundation, for the development of the research project \\"Formation of the insurance contract in the new Chilean consumer law and its last amendment of 2011, Law 20,555.
