José Luis Martínez Navarrete is a partner in the Tax Department of Garrigues.
He has been the partner in charge of the Valencian and Murcia Community Area from 2007 to February 2020.
Joined the Firm’s Valencia office in 1984 and has spent his professional career in the Tax Department. Promoted to equity partner in 1994.
