José Luis Azofra Parrondo is a senior associate EU & Antitrust practice.
He specializes in administrative and court proceedings on European Union and competition Law before authorities and courts at Spanish and European level (European Commission, National Markets and Antitrust Commission, commercial courts, National Appellate Court, Supreme Court and Court of Justice of the European Union). His experience extends to advising and representing clients in cartels, cooperation agreements, distribution agreements, abuses of a dominant position, merger control, and European freedoms.
He also provides recurring advice on compliance programs, which cover design, implementation and execution of competition compliance programs in multinational companies. This advice includes training sessions for employees and senior managers as well as periodical assessment of the implemented programmes.
