Joaquín is an associate in the Construction and Infrastructure practice at the Santiago de Chile office.

He has experience advising domestic and international companies on contractual risk management and project execution, particularly in the infrastructure, construction, concessions and renewable energy sectors.

His practice focuses on complex dispute resolution and on designing preventive and contentious strategies throughout the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on public works and EPC contracts. He has represented clients in disputes before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, the Technical Concessions Panel, the Constitutional Court, and civil courts, among other forums.

He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2022).

- He has experience advising domestic and international companies on contractual risk management and project execution, including the review, negotiation, and administration of construction and concession contracts, as well as compliance strategies and dispute mitigation.
- He advises on regulatory and contractual matters related to public and private infrastructure, including EPC projects, energy, and public works.
- Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at Jiménez, Garcés y Sarralde, a boutique specializing in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration (2023–2025).
