Jesús is a principal associate in the labour law practice.

He has extensive experience in advising national and multinational companies in litigation before all levels of the labour courts, as well as in assisting and advising on individual and collective terminations; international employment mobility processes and expatriations; changes in working conditions; outsourcing processes; senior management; equality plans; proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate; audits; and comprehensive recurring advice on labour matters to all types of companies and sectors.

He has been included in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch directory, in the Labour and Employment Law category.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He has extensive experience in providing legal-labour advice both nationally and internationally, with particular expertise in procedural matters and in matters related to the internationalisation of companies (expatriations, group reorganisations, etc.).

He advices in Spanish, English and French.
