Javier Sancho is the partner in charge of Garrigues’ Tax practice in Valencia and Murcia and has pursued his professional career at the Firm since 1985. He specializes in tax law, particularly family business matters, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Lecturer on the Legal Practicum course run by Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU. He also teaches on the Junior MBA at Escuela de Empresarios EDEM, the Master’s Degree in Taxation at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, the Master’s Degree in Real Estate Law (PDDI) and the Master’s Degree in Taxation at ADEIT.
Member of the Valencia Economists’ Association since 1985, and member of the Official Auditors’ Register (ROAC), the Register of Economist Auditors (REA) and the Register of Economists and Tax Advisers (REAF).
He has also collaborated with the Spanish Confederation of Employers’ Organizations (CEOE) on tax matters, through its Tax Committee.
He is a speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the Firm and in multiple forums on tax-related issues.
