Javier Delgado is a senior associate of the Tax Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2017. He specializes in the fields of general taxation and transfer pricing, and provides ongoing advice to business groups on both areas. He has a Degree in Law, a Dual Master’s Degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession, and a Master’s Degree in Tax Counseling and Management, all from ESADE.

Javier Delgado has been a senior associate of the Tax Department of Garrigues since 2023, having joined the firm in 2017.

In the field of transfer pricing, he advises business groups from a range of industries on the analysis and definition of their transfer pricing policies, the valuation of their related-party transactions, and the preparation of the legally required documentation. In addition, he provides advice on tax inspection proceedings.

He also routinely advises business groups on tax matters.
