Iria Pérez Valcarce is a senior associate in the tax practice.
She provides professional advice to companies on general tax matters, tax and accounting year-end processes, tax due diligence reviews, as well as to individuals on matters relating to wealth tax, inheritance and gift tax, nonresident income tax and personal income tax.
She is especially involved in the treatment of issues facing family businesses, having participated in the design and drafting of family protocols; corporate and asset restructurings.
In addition, she acts as Secretary of the Board at several companies, providing the full range of legal services associated with general corporate operations.
She actively works on the design and implementation of numerous corporate operations, such as mergers, spin-offs, nonmonetary contributions, exchanges of securities, capital contributions to offset losses, debt capitalization and other corporate transactions.
Iria Pérez Valcarce is a member of the Vigo Bar Association.
