Íñigo Esquíroz is the partner in charge of Garrigues' Labor Law Department in Guipúzcoa and Navarra, having spent his entire professional career at the Firm.

He has extensive experience in advising companies in all areas related to labor law. He has participated in numerous labor restructuring, reorganizations and merger and integration processes, collective dismissals, and collective bargaining processes, both with respect to multinational companies and local companies. He has also developed an intense forensic activity in the field of labor litigation. He also has extensive experience in advising cooperatives.

He is a member of the Pamplona Bar Association, and participates as a permanent professor in specialized forums in labor law in Guipúzcoa and Navarra, as well as being a regular speaker in numerous courses, conferences, and seminars organized both by the Firm, and by different specialized centers (APD, Thomson Reuters - Aranzadi, etc.), related to labor and Social Security law.

Íñigo is a member of Garrigues' Pro Bono Committee.

Íñigo Esquíroz has been a partner in Garrigues' Labor Law Department since 2012, which he joined in 1999. In his professional activity he has participated in matters of great complexity, including:

- Comprehensive labor advice, both with respect to multinational companies and local companies.
- Labor restructuring, reorganizations and merger and integration processes.
- Collective redundancies.
- Collective bargaining processes.
- Litigation of great complexity in labor law.
- Legal advisor to cooperatives and general advice to cooperatives.

He also participates as a permanent professor in forums specialized in labor law in Guipúzcoa and Navarra, in addition to being a regular speaker in numerous courses, conferences, and seminars organized both by the Firm and by different specialized centers (APD, Thomson Reuters - Aranzadi, etc.), related to labor and Social Security law.
