Francisca Ferrer is an associate in the Banking and Finance group.
She has extensive expertise in different kinds of financing operations, at both national and international levels, advising creditors, debtors and sponsors in energy projects, infrastructures projects and acquisitions and on corporate matters. Additionally, she has experience in merger and acquisition practice, in local and foreign transactions.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Francisca worked as an associate lawyer at Boffil, Mir & Alvarez Jana Lawyers.
She has served as an assistant professor in Law, Economics and Market I and II course, and as a coordinator and professor of a tax certificate program both on the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
She studied law at the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and qualified as a lawyer in 2012. He obtained a Master of Laws degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2017.
