Estibaliz Fernández Manrique is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of the Bilbao office.

She focuses her experience in the area of private law, and her legal practice in litigation before all types of courts (judicial and arbitral), both in civil matters (obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability) and commercial matters (companies, competition, industrial property).

She also has extensive experience in insolvency and banking law.

She is a graduate in Law with a specialisation in Economics from the University of Deusto and obtained the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession taught jointly by the University of Deusto and the Bar Association of Bizkaia (Spain).

She is a member of the Bar Association of Bizkaia (Spain).

Estibaliz has been a lawyer at Garrigues since 2015, when she joined the Litigation and Arbitration Department. She has been a senior associate since 2021.

She has advised numerous companies on civil law (obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability), commercial law (companies, competition, industrial property) and insolvency law.

She also has extensive experience in the legal management of civil and commercial court proceedings.
