Enrique Ferrer is a senior associate in the E.U. & Antitrust practice.
He specializes in administrative and judicial antitrust proceedings before the Spanish and European authorities and courts (National Markets and Antitrust Commission, National Appellate Court, Supreme Court, European Commission, etc.). His experience includes advising and representing clients on matters relating to cartels, cooperation agreements between companies, distribution agreements, abuse of dominant position and merger control.
In addition, he provides ongoing advice on antitrust compliance programs, collaborating on the design, implementation, execution and evaluation of compliance programs at multinational companies, including giving training sessions to employees and executives.
He teaches classes on commercial contracts in the master’s degree for access to the legal profession at Universidad Europea de Madrid and has taught classes on antitrust law and international legal counseling in the master’s degree for access to the legal profession at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and at Real Colegio Universitario María Cristina.
Enrique Ferrer is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. He is also a trustee of Fundación Independiente.
