Elisabet Adé is a principal associate in the Tax Department. She joined Garrigues in September 2007 and has pursued her professional career at the firm since then.

She has extensive expertise providing tax advice (direct taxation and accounting law) to multinacional and family businesses and to its partners.

Elisabet Adé is a principal associate in the tax and accounting law practice areas.

She has expertise in the taxation of family businesses, estate tax planning, the tax treatment of divorces, the taxation of corporate restructuring transactions, the taxation of corporate groups under the consolidated tax regime, and accounting law matters.

She also provides recurring advice on accounting and/or tax matters (personal income tax, wealth tax and inheritance and gift tax and corporate income tax) to individuals, family businesses/groups and multinationals.

Elisabet Adé is member of Barcelona Economists’ Association.
