Daniela Urueña is senior associate in Administrative Law. She has experience advising clients on Public Procurement, Administrative Law and Arbitration. Daniela has advised companies from the private sector during the execution of several concession contracts signed with public entities from the transportation industry in Colombia. In addition, she has accompanied and advised local companies on national arbitration proceedings under the execution of said concession contracts.
Daniela has accompanied several companies during the preparation of the proposals to be filed within bidding processes as well as during the pre-contractual stage, award and the contractual execution.
Likewise, Daniela has experience in accompanying and advising companies in the oil and gas industry, especially in the review and execution of Exploration and Production contracts, Technical Evaluation contracts and Joint Operating Agreements, among others.
She has participated in due diligence processes requested by banks and funds for the granting of syndicated loans needed for the execution of public contracts signed with Colombian State.
