She holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes, Santiago, Chile and is a lawyer, Supreme Court of Chile. ### Catalina Berrios is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of Garrigues' Santiago de Chile office, which she joined in 2022. Prior to joining Garrigues Chile, she worked at Barros y Errázuriz Abogados (2016-2022). Catalina has experience in: - Advice and planning of real estate projects, both development and multifamily, formation of land parcels and land purchase, in title studies, negotiation of lease agreements and different corporate aspects of real estate transactions. - Advice in due diligence processes related to financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions through the review and analysis of documents related to real estate and urban planning aspects to companies in different areas (construction, real estate, retail, telecommunications, e-commerce investments, energy companies, investment funds, asset management, etc.). - Participation in project financing issues and, in all matters up to commercialization, both in housing projects, infrastructure and development in rural areas. - She has also participated in acquisition and sale processes of companies and real estate projects; continuous advice to management and development teams and administration of companies in different areas. - She is fluent in English and Spanish. ### Degree in Law from Universidad de los Andes, Santiago, Chile (2015).
