Carolina Palma is a senior associate in Garrigues’ Administrative Law Department at the Santiago office, where she has been working since 2020. Her practice focuses on administrative contracting, personal data protection, regulatory compliance, and legal advice for infrastructure and renewable energy projects. She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Laws-LL.M in Environment and Natural Resources from University College Cork.

She has experience advising companies on environmental law, particularly in infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including due diligence processes and compliance with environmental and regulatory legislation.

In addition, she provides advice on public infrastructure matters, supporting project development and execution, with a special emphasis on analyzing applicable regulatory frameworks and managing regulatory risks.

Her career also encompasses personal data protection, supporting the development of privacy policies, data processing, and associated legal documentation.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
