Carmen is a senior associate of the Garrigues Tax Law Department since 2024, having joined the firm in 2016.

She is a specialist in tax litigation and has extensive experience in advising and defending taxpayers in tax inspection and collection proceedings before the Spanish tax authorities, leading the legal direction of appeals and claims before different Spanish Courts of Justice.

She regularly advises companies from different sectors and individuals on a wide range of tax matters.
