Carlos has over 9 years of experience as an attorney practicing civil and commercial litigation in Mexico. His experience includes the resolution of disputes for both domestic and international clients from a wide range of industries.

Carlos Yunes is a principal associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice.

He has experience in the preparation of civil and commercial lawsuits, actively participating in all stages of the process. He has also coordinated and monitored lawsuits at various jurisdictional levels, ensuring efficient and timely management of the proceedings.

He has a solid understanding of collection strategies and the conduct of out-of-court negotiations to achieve positive results for all the parties involved. He also has experience in managing commercial bankruptcies, from the initial assessment to the final decision.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
