Carlos Ganuza López is a Senior Associate in the tax practice area of Garrigues.
He has several years’ experience in providing advisory services on an ongoing basis to legal entities (national and international, public sector entities, not-for-profit entities) and individuals, in all areas of tax law, on matters subject to provincial legislation (the Basque Autonomous Community and Navarra) and the legislation applicable in Spain as a whole.
Carlos belongs to the Firm's specialist Value Added Tax line and has several years’ experience advising companies in the real estate sector. He is also a member of the Firm’s international line and has experience advising both Spanish clients in relation to their international expansion processes and foreign clients in relation to their investments and divestments in Spain.
He also has experience in processes for the reorganization and acquisition of companies, due diligence processes, tax consolidation, inspection proceedings, and administrative and judicial review proceedings.
Carlos Ganuza is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association.

Master’s degree in Economic-Financial Management from Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (CEF – UDIMA).
