Carla Martínez Zarco is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department of Garrigues, the firm where she has pursued her entire professional career since 2003.
She has extensive expertise in defense and case management in civil and corporate/commercial litigation and in pre-litigation advice in different areas and industries.
Her main areas of expertise are commercial agreements, automotive, distribution and agency agreements, unfair competition, and contractual and non-contractual liability.
She has been a member of the Automotive industry group since joining the firm, a practice area in which she regularly provides advice to leading companies in the industry. She has in-depth industry knowledge and has been involved in a number of highly complex and important lawsuits.
She also has recognized experience in disputes relating to consumers and users, standard business terms, advertising and product liability.
