Beatriz Cautín is an associate in the Planning, Zoning and Environment area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. She provides advice on administrative proceedings before the environmental authorities, primarily in the context of the Environmental Impact Assessment System, and on compliance with environmental and sector-specific legislation. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice on projects relating to environmental and regulatory matters, including handling proceedings before the Environmental Impact Assessment Service and other governmental agencies. She also provides support in compliance with applicable environmental and sector-specific legislation, the preparation of presentations and observations in the context of the Environmental Impact Assessment System, and the drafting of reports and analyses on the current environmental institutional and regulatory framework.

Prior to joining Garrigues, Beatriz was an associate at Barros Silva Varela &amp; Vigil (2023–2026). Previously she had been a trainee at Magasich &amp; Cía (2021).
