Arturo Noguer is a senior associate in the Corporate Law practice of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 2015. He specializes in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities markets, banking and finance, and corporate governance. He provides recurring advice on regulatory, financial and business-related aspects of domestic and international acquisition, structural modification and debt and/or business restructuring transactions, as well as capital and debt instrument issues. He has a degree in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Master's degree in International Business Law and master’s degree in Legal Practice from ESADE Business &amp; Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull). He has published legal guides on the website of the International Bar Association. In addition to Spanish and English, he also has a good command of Catalan and French.

Arturo Noguer is a senior Associate in the Corporate Law practice of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 2015.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and debt restructurings, private equity, securities markets and corporate governance.

He provides recurring advice on regulatory, financial and business-related aspects of domestic and international acquisition – both share and asset deals –, structural modification and debt and/or business restructuring transactions, as well as capital and debt instrument issues, including advice on securities market law, by providing legal services to listed companies.

In addition, he provides ongoing advice on corporate and contractual matters to international and domestic clients, advising in particular on the drafting of business collaboration agreements, in the structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions, advising in coordination with lawyers from other jurisdictions, as well as on such matters as restrictions on share transferability, corporate governance and the composition and election of governing bodies, dividend policies and deadlock resolution clauses, advising on shareholder agreements and strategic alliances.

He has a good command of Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
