Arantxa Forn Bagó is a senior associate in the practice areas of Administrative Law, Environmental, Energy, and Planning and Zoning.
She has extensive experience in advising public authorities on the different areas of administrative law, especially in relation to local entities, and provides recurring advice on matters such as public procurement, property, public ownership, the environment and planning.
In particular, she has a wealth of experience in judicial review, and has acted as legal counsel in a wide range of administrative law-related proceedings in both the public and private sector.
In addition, she has been involved in numerous projects and transactions as the lawyer responsible for analyzing the issue of lawfulness from a planning, environmental and regulatory perspective, especially in the energy field as well as in administrative and judicial review proceedings on the authorization and entry into operation of renewables-based electricity generation facilities.
She also has a wealth of experience in a range of administrative and court proceedings (e.g. penalty proceedings, public procurement, liability in tort and subsidies).
Between 2009 and 2014, she pursued the teaching side of her career as a lecturer in Legal Architecture on the Degree in Architecture offered by Universidad Cardenal Herrera (CEU).
Arantxa Forn Bagó has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 2001.
