António Mendes is a senior associate in the Tax Department, where he specializes in international taxation, personal taxation and private wealth.
He has extensive experience in personal taxation (High Net Worth Individuals), wealth planning, asset management and inheritance planning. He also provides advisory services in projects involving private banking and international family offices, as well as in the area of Sports and Entertainment.
António Mendes is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers, and the International Association of Young Lawyers.
António Mendes is also a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Portuguese Basketball Federation.
Law degree from the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. Postgraduate in Tax Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Executive training courses in Accounting and Finance and International Taxation at the Universidade Católica Portuguese, as well as an intensive course in EU Law at Kings College London.
