Ángel López Pérez is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
He has extensive expertise in court and arbitration proceedings defending the interests of some of Spain’s largest companies as well as major multinationals with a presence in Spain, in both commercial and civil matters.
He also provides pre-litigation and litigation advice on IT matters to the main technology-based companies. His advisory work in this field is not confined to the courts of justice; he is also regularly involved in proceedings before the different arbitration courts – including the information and communication panels – and specific institutions such as ARBITEC.
Ángel López Pérez is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and former member of the electronic evidence working group under the aegis of the Ministry of Justice.
He is a regular speaker on electronic evidence at seminars and conferences both at home and abroad, such as INACIPE.
