He has experience in a range of financing transactions, international debt issues, equity transactions and related assets, local debt, public mergers and acquisitions, securitization of assets and structured products. ### Ángel Antonio Sibaja Cedillo is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Securities Market practices. He participated in a number of significant financing transactions in 2023 and 2024, including the establishment and issue of trust certificates for various entities. In 2024, he participated in the establishment of a program and in issuances of long-term trust certificates for a lessor, as well as a tender offer for a company in the commercial sector. He also represented a brokerage house in the issuance of trust certificates of a financial entity and he was involved in the debt restructuring of a motorway concession-holder by means of the issuance of long-term trust certificates. Additionally, he participated in the extension of the trust certificate program of a global food company and in the updating of the registration on the National Securities Register of a major drinks company, following the cancellation of shares. He took part in the establishment and issuance of trust certificates for a financial services firm and in the first direct listing of shares of a company on the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA) During 2023, he was involved in various issues of trust certificates, such as the issue of foreign debt securities of a telecommunications company, and in the structuring of issues for companies in the food, drink, entertainment and other industries. He also participated in the establishment of a dual short- and long-term trust certificate program for an international financial institution, and in the structuring of a similar program for a guarantee reserve in Mexico, with Bank of Spain as trustee.
