Ana Victoria is a senior associate in the Commercial contracts, Corporate, M&amp;A and Banking and Finance legal practice areas of Garrigues.

She specializes in advising on M&amp;A transactions, both national and international, and on providing ongoing advisory services on commercial matters of any kind arising in the day-to-day running of Spanish companies. She also provides advice on financial and banking law, both nationally and in relation to multi-jurisdictional financing transactions.

She graduated in Law from the Universidad de Zaragoza and has a Dual Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Bilingual Legal Counseling for Businesses (IE).

She has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), both at national level and internationally.

She has also advised on financing and refinancing transactions, both bilateral and syndicated, advising both finance providers and borrowers in various sectors and of different types, and with respect to a variety of structures.

She also provides advice on an ongoing basis on matters of corporate and contract law to major businesses and groups in various sectors, whether national or international with a presence in Spain.
