Ana Sernadas is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration department at Garrigues. She has significant experience in judicial and arbitration proceedings, focusing on banking and corporate litigation, as well as on construction contracts and consumer law matters. She advises national and international clients in civil and commercial matters, including debt recovery and insolvency. She holds a law degree and a master's in Law from the NOVA School of Law. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Joined Garrigues in September 2018 as a junior in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration department.

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in January 2021.

Has advised national and international clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and corporate law.

Currently focuses her practice on disputes arising in the banking and commercial corporate sectors, while remaining active in litigation involving construction and consumer contracts.

Provides ongoing legal advice in debt recovery and insolvency litigation.
