Ana Pérez Cid is senior associate in the Garrigues Industrial and Intellectual Property Department, providing comprehensive advice to national and foreign clients as a specialist in Industrial Property matters. He deals with prior advice, processing and registration of distinctive signs (Spanish nationals, EU trademarks, international trademarks and national trademarks abroad) with extensive experience in the comprehensive management of Industrial Property Rights portfolios. Currently provides internal management services in the department.

Degree in Law from the University of Alicante and Master's Degree in Industrial Property from the University of Alicante.

Ana Perez Cid has been a senior associate in the Garrigues Industriual and Intellectual Property Department since 2012. She joined the firm in 1998.

She has extensive experience of more than 20 years in providing prior advice, processing and registration of distinctive signs (Spanish national trademarks, EU trademarks, international trademarks and national trademarks abroad). She deals with the defense of Industrial Property rights and actions before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the Intellectual Property Office of the U.E. and the World Industrial Property Organization with the objective of advising clients in the implementation and development of appropriate and effective strategies for the protection of Industrial Property rights worldwide. Currently provides internal management services in the department.
