Ana Ortiz García is a senior associate in the Human Capital Services practice.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing compensation systems and remuneration formulas, and in providing multidisciplinary advice in the HR area on board member and senior executive remuneration. She also provides recurring advice to clients on managing international assignments and on designing and implementing international mobility policies.
As a member of this line of business since 2002, she has advised domestic and multinational companies, listed and unlisted, from every industry, on the design and implementation of their compensation systems.
She participates as a speaker in forums and seminars aimed at human resources professionals and professionals who deal with compensation and benefits.
She is a lecturer on several subjects in the Master’s in Taxation, Human Resources and Executive Human Resources Program at Centro de Estudios de Garrigues.
