Ana María Navarro Domínguez is a senior associate in the Tax Department at Garrigues, where she has pursued her entire professional career. She specializes in Tax Law, mainly in tax litigation.

In this area of expertise, she regularly advises clients on all kinds of tax proceedings (tax application – inspections, limited reviews, data verification, etc. – or more specific proceedings such as conflict in the application of tax provisions, simulation, enforcement of secondary liability, value verification, etc.). She also handles appeals arising from tax application procedures at the various procedural levels, from the economic-administrative tribunals through to the judicial review courts and the supreme court.

In addition, she provides ongoing advice on tax matters to companies from a wide range of industries regarding the application of the special rules of the Canary Islands Economic and Tax Regime. She is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the firm.

She has over twenty years’ experience in providing ongoing tax advice to companies and tax groups. She specializes in tax litigation and in advising on the taxes arising from the Canary Islands Economic and Tax Regime.

She is a member of the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Bar Association.
