Ana Armijo is a senior associate in the Malaga office’s Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2007.
She specializes in providing advice on a wide range of civil and corporate/commercial disputes, including disputes in the area of banking law, defending the interests of financial institutions. She also advises on disputes raised by consumers and users in relation to standard business terms as well as on ordinary enforcement and mortgage foreclosure proceedings.
She also has a wealth of experience in insolvency matters and provides advice in defense of the claims and interests of creditors in pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings, including acting as legal counsel in ancillary proceedings for the rescission of transactions and guarantees and providing advice to insolvent debtors.
Ana Armijo has been a member of the Granada Bar Association since 2006.
