Felipe has experience of over 15 years in employment matters (in several jurisdictions).
He specializes in labor law, having joined Garrigues in 2010 after working in the labor practice of López & Asociados in Colombia since 2006.
In 2014, he spent time at labor firm Littler Mendelson in San Francisco (California), furthering his knowledge of labor law in order to advise foreign clients in Spain.
