Alejandro holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU and a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School. In addition to Spanish and English, he is fluent in French. ### Alejandro Micó Llorens is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of Garrigues. He has extensive expertise in real estate matters and corporate and commercial law, mergers, acquisitions, *joint venture* and restructuring, giving advice to both national and international companies of the agri-food and aviation industry among others. He also provides recurring advice on corporate matters in the main M&A and internal restructuring operations and has extensive experience in the field of foundations. He has been a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Management of Building Companies at the Instituto Tecnológico de la Construcción (AIDICO), as well as on the Specialist Degree in International Law at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU in Valencia, and on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Católica de Valencia.
