Alejandro González is an associate in the Finance Law and Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice area.
He has solid experience in the issuance of capital development certificates (Mexican CKDs) by private equity funds and the preparation of capital calls thereon. He has provided legal advice in programs for the issuance of debt certificates (Certificados Bursátiles) by vehicle financing companies, carried out in order to securitize receivables.
Alejandro has prepared trust agreements, securities prospectuses and the auxiliary documents needed for the issuance of investment project certificates (Mexican CERPIs), as well as syndicated loan and project finance agreements.
He provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial law aspects of the main day-to-day operations of private equity funds and issuers and on general corporate activities of companies.
Before joining Garrigues, Alejandro worked at Basila Abogados, a boutique firm specializing in securities market and private equity law, and at Indra México, as legal advisor for the company’s financial services market.
Degree in Law and Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios de Monterrey (2015).
